I am a husband, father of 4, and an avid sports enthusiast. Growing up I played recreational sports, but I was always a small, skinny guy. I never worked out in a gym and never really had any interest in "exercising". Two years ago my wife and I saw the P90X commercial on TV and she convinced me to start P90X with her. I was very skeptical about the infomercial and I assumed that nobody in real life could get that ripped in just 90 days. I decided to commit 100% to the program for 90 days and see what could happen. As you can see from my before and after photos, P90X really works! In 90 days I was able to build muscle mass and develop a lean strong body.
After doing P90X and using Shakeology, i loved the program so much that I wanted to share it with other people, so I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach. Now I share my experience to help others to reach their health and fitness goals, and avoid some of the pits that I ran into along the way.
