Creatine can help you build lean muscle and get the most out of your workout.
Creatine is an acid that occurs naturally in the body and helps supply energy to all cells in the body. Studies have shown that supplementing your diet additional creatine can help build muscle mass, reduce muscle fatigue, and improve muscle recovery rates. I began supplementing my diet with creatine about 1 month after I started P90X and I quickly saw a dramatic improvement in the strength and size of my muscles. As a skinny guy, I attribute much of my muscle gain to using this supplement.
After much research, I decided to use a creatine product called Kre-Alkalyn. The difference between this product and most of the other creatine produces on the market is that Kre-Alkalyn is PH buffered. Normal creatine monohydrate breaks down very quickly in water into a toxic substance called creatinine. However, Kre-Alkalyn is specifically PH balanced so that it does not break down in liquid. As a result, much more creatine is delivered into the blood stream and to the muscles.
I have found Kre-Alkalyn to work very well for me. I saw significant results within a few weeks of starting the product, and I did not experience any of the negative side effects that are often associated with creatine. I felt more energy during my workout, lifted heavier weight, and saw an increase in the size of my muscles.
